Our top-tier raw materials for prestressed concrete consist of high-quality carbon steel wire rods like SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These wire rods must meet stringent requirements for size, shape, weight, allowable deviation, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical attributes, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special conditions.
Employing advanced Sterem technology, cooling is meticulously controlled to achieve an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. Typically, coils produced through our standard process meet all production specifications for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, ensuring exceptional excellence and consistency.
