Raw Material Requirements:
High-quality carbon steel wire rods, such as SWRH77B or SWRH82B, are crucial for prestressed concrete. Essential parameters include size, shape, weight, permissible deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarburization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
The cooling process, expertly managed with Sterem technology, achieves over an 85% sotenization rate. This process ensures the resulting coil surpasses all rigorous demands of prestressed concrete steel wire and steel strands.
