Raw Material Requirements:
For producing prestressed concrete, we use superior carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Essential parameters include size, shape, weight, and allowable deviation; grade and chemical composition; smelting method; delivery state; mechanical properties; decarbonization layer; micro-structure; surface quality; and any special requirements.
Cooling technology is meticulously controlled using Sterem technology, achieving an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. Our standard production process ensures that the resulting coil meets the stringent production requirements of prestressed concrete steel wire and steel strand.

The current standards followed are GB/T5223-2014 Prestressed concrete steel wire, adhering to standards such as ASTM A421 / A421M, ASTM A881/A881M -2005, BS5896-2012, PrEN10138-2:2009, GOST 7348-81, TU U27.3-136-004-2003, DSTU ISO 6934-2, ABNT NBR 7482:2008, among others, etc.
