PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The Hot-Dipped Galvanized PC Strand offers a low relaxation prestressed steel strand meticulously crafted from seven high-quality, hot-dipped galvanized round steel wires. These wires are engineered for exceptional corrosion resistance, significantly enhancing the longevity of components in corrosive environments such as coastal areas, proving to be a highly effective corrosion prevention method both nationally and internationally recognized.
This versatile standard is ideal for bridge cables, fixed tension components, and lifting or fixing tension parts of buildings. Perfect for various prestressed structures not directly used in concrete grouting constructions, it comes in diameters of 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, and 17.8mm with strength classes of 1770MPa, 1860MPa, and 1960MPa.
The 1x7 and 1x19 hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strand series boast tensile strengths reaching up to 1860MPa, matching the specifications and performance levels of plain and round PC steel strands as per standards like GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Our product can be customized to meet specific zinc coating requirements from customers, achieving zinc coatings of 250 gsm or more. The uniformity of the zinc coating is maintained over 3-4 layers without exposing copper, and the adhesion remains intact without breaking or peeling even after winding 8 circles post zinc coating.
