Our Hot-Dipped Galvanized PC Strand, renowned for its low relaxation, is meticulously crafted from seven steel wires. These wires are hot-dipped galvanized, providing excellent corrosion resistance. This feature significantly extends the lifespan of components, especially in harsh, coastal environments. Internationally acknowledged for its effective corrosion prevention, it sets the standard in contemporary and global applications.

This product is ideal for bridge cables, fixed tension components, and lifting or fixing tension parts of buildings and various prestressed structures. It is not intended for direct use in concrete grouting. We offer diameters of 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, and 17.8mm, with strength classes of 1770MPa, 1860MPa, and 1960MPa.

Our hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strand series, available in structures of 1x7 and 1x19, boasts impressive tensile strengths up to 1860MPa. These strands meet the same specifications as plain & round PC steel strands, adhering to performance levels according to GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035, among others.


FEATURES OF OUR PRODUCT

Our products can be customized based on client requirements for zinc coating, achieving thicknesses of 250 gsm or higher. The zinc coating maintains uniformity 3-4 times without exposing copper and adheres without breaking or peeling even after winding 8 circles post-coating.

Leveraging our advanced equipment, we tailor the galvanizing process to meet specific user needs regarding zinc layer quality and surface finish.

In comparison to uncoated PC steel strands, our galvanized PC steel strands withstand salt spray tests far better, showing no red rust even after 24 hours.
