Raw Material Requirements:
Our primary raw materials for prestressed concrete are premium-quality carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These wire rods must meet essential requirements, including size, shape, weight, allowable deviation, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical attributes, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requisites, ensuring top-notch performance.
Utilizing advanced Sterem technology, we meticulously control the cooling process to achieve an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. Typically, the coil produced through our standard process meets all production requirements for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, ensuring excellence and consistency.
