Eloquent PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Our Hot-Dipped Galvanized PC Strand is a low-relaxation prestressed steel marvel composed of seven expertly crafted wires. Each wire is meticulously hot-dipped in galvanized round steel, boasting exceptional corrosion resistance. This superior protection ensures the longevity of components, especially in challenging corrosive environments like coastal areas. This effective corrosion prevention method is highly recognized both domestically and internationally.
Our standard applies to a spectrum of uses including bridge cables, fixed tension components, and lifting or tension parts of buildings. Note: It is not directly used in concrete grouting constructions. Available diameters: 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, 17.8mm. Strength classes: 1770MPa, 1860MPa, 1960MPa.
Featuring a robust structure of 1x7 and 1x19, our hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strand series offers tensile strengths reaching an impressive 1860MPa. The specifications align seamlessly with those of plain & round PC steel strands, meeting performance standards such as GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035.
Distinguished PRODUCT FEATURES
Customizable zinc coating options are available per customer requests, with the zinc coating able to exceed 250 gsm. The uniformity is 3-4 times without exposing any copper, and the adhesion is impeccable, maintaining integrity even after winding 8 circles post-coating.
Leveraging advanced equipment, we tailor the galvanizing process to meet users' specific requirements for zinc layer quality and surface quality.
