Raw Material Requirements
The primary raw materials for prestressed concrete comprise High-quality carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Essential requirements for these rods include size, shape, weight, allowable deviation, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and special requirements.
Cooling is meticulously managed using Sterem technology to achieve over an 85% Sotenization rate. Typically, coils produced per standard procedures meet the necessary production standards for prestressed concrete steel wire and steel strands.
