Raw Material Requirements:
Our prestressed concrete solutions use top-tier carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These wire rods are meticulously selected for size, shape, weight, and acceptable deviation, alongside grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and bespoke requirements.
The cooling process, governed by Sterem technology, achieves an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. The coils produced through this advanced technique consistently meet the rigorous production standards for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand.
