Introducing our premium Hot-Dipped Galvanized PC Strand with low relaxation, expertly crafted from seven top-quality round steel wires. These steel wires undergo a hot-dip galvanization process, which imbues them with superior corrosion resistance, ensuring the durability and longevity of components even in harsh environments like coastal areas. Recognized as an outstanding method for corrosion prevention, both nationally and internationally.
This stringent standard is ideal for a variety of applications, including bridge cables, tension components in buildings, and other structural uses. Not intended for direct concrete grouting, it comes in diameters of 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, and 17.8mm, with strength classes of 1770MPa, 1860 MPa, and 1960MPa.
The series features 1x7 and 1x19 hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strands, offering impressive tensile strength of up to 1860MPa. These strands are available in the same specifications as plain and round PC steel strands, adhering to performance levels as stipulated by standards like GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035, among others.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Our product can be tailored to the customer's zinc coating specifications, achieving a zinc layer thickness of up to 250 gsm or more. The zinc coating's uniformity can withstand winding tests of three to four cycles without exposing the steel, ensuring remarkable adhesion and durability.
