Raw Material Requirements:
Our premium raw materials comprise high-grade carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Essential specifications cover size, shape, weight, permissible deviations, grade, chemical makeup, smelting technique, delivery state, mechanical features, decarburization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any particular requirements.
Cooling technology is refined with Sterem technology, achieving an outstanding over 85% Sotenization rate. Our standard production coils consistently fulfill the rigorous demands for creating prestressed concrete steel wire and strand.
