The performance of our filled epoxy steel strand complies seamlessly with GB/T21073-2007 "Epoxy Coated Seven Wire Prestressed Steel Strand" and JT/T 737-2009 "Filled Epoxy Coated Steel Strand," delivering exceptional durability and reliability.
Anti-corrosion grease performance stands in perfect alignment with JG 3007 standards. Our grease is formulated with high-grade lipid acid-proof carp soap, deeply refined mineral oil, antioxidants, anti-rust agents, and corrosion inhibitors. This blend enhances adhesion, water resistance, rust resistance, and overall anti-corrosion properties.
Currently, two prominent international standards govern epoxy-coated steel strands: ASTM A 882/A 882M-02a and IS0 14655:1999 (E). These standards specify two product types: epoxy-coated filled strands and epoxy-coated steel strands. The 2002 ASTM standard emphasizes that epoxy-coated filled steel strands should be specified, while epoxy-coated steel strands are not recommended; ISO 14655:1999 (E) incorporates regulations from ASTM A 882/A882M-96, maintaining guidelines for both product types.
Given their superior corrosion resistance, epoxy-coated steel strands are subject to stringent regulations concerning coating thickness and surface pinholes under both standards. ASTM A 882/A 882M-02a prescribes a coating thickness of 0.38-1.14mm for epoxy-coated filled strands. IS0 14655:1999 (E) specifies a coating thickness of 0.40-0.90mm for filled steel strands, and 0.65-1.15mm for standard epoxy-coated strands.
Both ASTM A882/A882M-02a and IS0 14655:1999 (E) stipulate that no pinholes shall exist along the entire length of the finished epoxy-coated steel strand. Our products meet these stringent international standards, ensuring superior performance and reliability.
