Our 1x7 structure unbonded prestressed steel strand, available in sizes 12.7mm, 15.20mm, 15.70mm, and 17.80mm, is a specialized prestressed steel bar equipped with anti-corrosion grease and a durable sheath. Primarily utilized in water conservancy and hydro-power projects, this product has gained considerable adoption in the burgeoning field of wind power projects. As the construction height of wind power towers reaches or exceeds 120 meters, the incorporation of unbonded prestressed steel strands with external prestressing technology in concrete towers is becoming increasingly prevalent. Our products boast exceptional corrosion and fatigue resistance, enhancing wind resistance and significantly extending the service life of these vital structures.
Adhering to the JG/T 161-2016 standards for Unbonded Prestressed Steel Strand, we've innovatively redesigned the product to simplify the sheath tensile property testing method, thereby increasing its practicality and facilitating smoother sheath performance assessments. This standardization not only ensures the quality of the sheath but also enhances overall project safety and reliability.



Product Characteristics

Our outer cable for wind power concrete towers employs unbonded steel strands, allowing customization of the sheath and grease thickness according to user specifications. The sheath surface is meticulously crafted to be dense and smooth, clearly outlining the steel strand and meeting high-quality standards — free from air holes, mechanical damage, cracks, or noticeable wrinkles.
