Raw Material Requirements:
The cornerstone of prestressed concrete lies in high-quality carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Essential criteria for these wire rods include size, shape, weight, and permissible deviations, alongside grade and chemical composition, smelting technique, delivery status, mechanical characteristics, decarbonization depth, micro-structural elements, surface quality, and any specialized requirements.
Utilizing Sterem technology in the cooling process achieves an over 85% Sotenization rate. Coils produced under standard procedures meet the rigorous demands of prestressed concrete steel wire and strand production.
