Raw Material Requirements:
We select high-quality raw materials, specifically premium carbon steel wire rods such as SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Key specifications include dimensions, form, weight, permissible deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery status, mechanical properties, decarburization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
Our refined cooling process, perfected with Sterem technology, achieves an exceptional over 85% Sotenization rate. Our standard production coils consistently fulfill the rigorous demands for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand production.
