Our Hot-Dipped Galvanized PC Strand showcases superior low relaxation prestressed steel technology, crafted from seven precision-engineered steel wires. The hot-dipped galvanized round steel wires offer remarkable corrosion resistance, offering a robust solution for enhancing component longevity in corrosive environments like coastal areas. Globally recognized as a premier method of corrosion prevention, these strands are setting international standards for durability.

This versatile product is applicable to bridge cables, fixed tension elements, structural lift or fix components, and other prestressed constructs, with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 17.8mm and strength classes from 1770MPa to 1960MPa. Note: Not for direct use in concrete grouting.

Boasting a sophisticated structure of 1x7 or 1x19, these hot-dipped galvanized steel strands deliver tensile strengths of up to 1860MPa. and align with the specifications of plain and round PC steel strands, adhering to performance standards such as GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035, among others.
