Our premier raw materials for prestressed concrete are sourced from top-tier carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These wire rods must meet stringent requirements encompassing size, shape, weight, allowable deviation, grade, chemical composition, smelting process, delivery condition, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any specialized demands.
By employing state-of-the-art Sterem technology, the cooling process is meticulously controlled to achieve an outstanding over 85% Sotenization rate. Typically, coils produced through our refined processes meet all production standards for prestressed concrete steel wire and strands, ensuring superior quality and consistency.
