Our Hot-Dipped Galvanized PC Strand features seven meticulously crafted low relaxation prestressed steel wires, designed for superior performance and longevity. These high-grade hot-dipped galvanized round steel wires boast exceptional corrosion resistance, making them ideal for extending the life of components in challenging environments like coastal areas. Recognized globally as an effective form of corrosion prevention, our product is engineered to meet both current and international standards.

This premium standard applies to various applications, including bridge cables, fixed tension components, and lifting or fixing tension parts of buildings. Not intended for direct use in concrete grouting constructions. Available in diameters: 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, 17.8mm. Strength classes: 1770MPa, 1860MPa, 1960MPa.

Our series of 1x7 and 1x19 hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strands offer remarkable tensile strength, reaching up to 1860MPa. With performance levels identical to plain & round PC steel strands, these strands adhere to standards such as GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035, ensuring superior quality.


PRODUCT FEATURES

Customizable zinc coating options are available, meeting customer specifications with coatings reaching up to 250 gsm or more. The zinc coating exhibits outstanding uniformity and adhesion, with no peeling or breaking even after rigorous winding tests.

Leveraging our advanced equipment, we can tailor the galvanizing process to meet special requirements related to zinc layer quality and surface finish, ensuring exceptional performance.

Compared to uncoated PC steel strands, our galvanized PC steel strands show no red rust even after 24 hours of salt spray testing.

Observing the changes in PC steel strands without coating and our galvanized PC steel strands after 21 days of neutral salt spray testing reveals their superior durability.

Recently, they have also been employed in wind power projects. For instance, our 1x7-medium 21.6mm, Large-Sized Hot-Dipped Galvanized PC Steel Strand was used in the world's first 160m low-wind-speed prestressed frame wind turbine tower, enhancing its wind resistance and extending its service life due to excellent corrosion resistance.

This innovative application was demonstrated in the world's first 160m low wind speed experimental high tower located in Shandong.
