Raw Material Requirements:
Our fundamental raw materials for prestressed concrete consist of top-tier carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These wire rods must adhere to strict specifications regarding size, shape, weight, allowable deviation, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any unique requirements.
Leveraging Sterem technology, the cooling process is finely controlled to achieve an outstanding over 85% Sotenization rate. Typically, the coils produced via our standard processes meet all the production requirements for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, ensuring unparalleled excellence and uniformity.
