Critical requirements include exacting standards for size, shape, weight, permissible deviations, grade, chemical makeup, smelting method, delivery condition, mechanical characteristics, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
Employing our advanced Sterem technology, the cooling process is meticulously controlled to achieve an outstanding over 85% Sotenization rate. Our standard production process consistently delivers coils that meet all requirements for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, ensuring superior quality and consistency.
