The 1x7 structure with diameters of 12.7mm, 15.20mm, 15.70mm, and 17.80mm unbonded prestressed steel strand is a specialized prestressed steel bar featuring corrosion-resistant grease and a durable sheath. This product is essential for water conservancy and hydro-power projects. Recently, the rise of wind power projects has seen the construction height of wind power towers reaching or exceeding 120m. Increasingly, concrete towers with external prestressing technology are adopting unbonded prestressed steel strands. These products offer exceptional corrosion and fatigue resistance, enhancing wind resistance and significantly extending service life.
In compliance with the JG/T 161-2016 Unbonded Prestressed Steel Strand standard, we have innovated our design to simplify the testing methods for sheath tensile properties, improving practicality and usability. Our enhancements effectively standardize sheath quality, ensuring superior performance and bolstering the overall safety and reliability of your projects.
Product Characteristics
The outer cable of our wind power concrete tower utilizes unbonded steel strands. The thickness of the sheath and grease can be customized to meet specific technical requirements. The sheath surface is dense, smooth, and reveals the outline of the steel strand. It meets stringent quality criteria, ensuring no air holes, mechanical damage, cracks, or visible wrinkles.
