Ideally suited for a wide array of applications, from bridge cables to tension parts in building construction and other prestressed structures. Please note: Not suitable for direct concrete grouting constructions. Available diameters: 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, 17.8mm. Strength classes include 1770MPa, 1860MPa, 1960MPa.
Our hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strand series, in 1x7 and 1x19 configurations, exemplify incredible strength, boasting tensile capacities of up to 1860MPa.Specifications align seamlessly withplain and round PC steel strands, meeting rigorous performance standards according to GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035.

Our tailor-made production processes accommodate specific zinc coating requests, with capabilities exceeding 250 gsm. The zinc coatings are impeccably uniform, achieving an incredible 3-4 times reliability without any exposure of copper. Adhesion is flawless, enduring an 8-circle wind test post-coating without any breakage or peeling.
Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, we custom design the galvanizing process to meet unique user specifications, ensuring a superior zinc layer and pristine surface quality.
In rigorous salt spray tests, uncoated PC steel strands develop red rust in just 24 hours, whereas our galvanized strands remain pristine, demonstrating the outstanding protective capabilities of our coatings.
