Composed of seven meticulously arranged steel wires, this product is primed to exceed expectations. Constructed using hot-dipped galvanized round steel wires, this product boasts impressive corrosion resistance. Tailored for harsh, corrosive environments such as coastal areas, it promises to significantly prolong component lifespan. Recognized both nationally and internationally, this galvanization method is a highly effective strategy for preventing corrosion, securing your investment against the harshest conditions.
This premium standard is perfect for a variety of applications including bridge cables, fixed tension components, and structural elements in construction. While not for direct use in concrete grouting, it's available in diameters of 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, and 17.8mm, and strength classes of 1770MPa, 1860MPa, and 1960MPa.
Our series of 1x7 and 1x19 hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strands are engineered to reach tensile strengths of up to 1860MPa. They share similar specifications with plain and round PC steel strands, adhering to performance standards such as GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035.

We offer customizable zinc coatings based on customer requests, achieving zinc coating levels of 250 gsm or higher. The uniformity of the zinc layer can withstand 3-4 times loops without exposing copper, maintaining adhesion even after 8 circles post-coating.
