Raw Material Requirements:
The cornerstone of our prestressed concrete wire is high-quality carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Key requirements include precision in size, shape, weight, and permissible deviation, alongside stringent standards for grade, chemical composition, smelting technique, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
Leveraging the advanced Sterem technology, the cooling process is meticulously controlled to achieve an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. The coil produced through our standard processes meets all the stringent production requirements for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand.
