Our standards are expertly tailored for a variety of applications, including bridge cables, fixed tension components, and critical tension parts of buildings. Ideal for prestressed structures, excluding direct use in concrete grouting constructions. Available diameters are 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, and 17.8mm, with strength classes of 1770MPa, 1860 MPa, and 1960MPa.
Pioneering in design, our 1x7 and 1x19 hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strands boast impressive tensile strength, achieving up to 1860MPa. These strands maintain the same specifications as plain & round PC steel strands, meeting performance levels as outlined by GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035 standards, among others.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Tailored to meet customer specifications for zinc coating, our products can achieve a coating of 250 gsm or higher. The uniformity of the zinc layer is outstanding, able to endure 3-4 times without copper exposure, ensuring robust adhesion that neither breaks nor peels even after being wound in 8 circles post-coating.
