Raw Material Requirements:
Our prime raw materials for prestressed concrete are top-tier carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These wire rods strictly adhere to standards regarding size, shape, weight, permissible deviations, grade, chemical makeup, smelting process, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
Employing advanced Sterem technology, we exert meticulous control over cooling to achieve an impressive sotenization rate exceeding 85%. The coil produced through our standard process consistently meets all production requirements for prestressed concrete steel wires and strands, ensuring optimal quality.
