PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Our Hot-Dipped Galvanized PC Strand with low relaxation and exceptional durability is crafted from seven high-quality steel wires. These hot-dipped galvanized round steel wires boast superior corrosion resistance, significantly extending the lifespan of components even in harsh, corrosive environments like coastal areas. Recognized globally as an effective corrosion prevention measure, our product offers unparalleled longevity and performance.
Ideal for bridge cables, fixed tension components, and other prestressed structures, our product is not used directly in concrete grouting. Available diameters: 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, 17.8mm. Strength classes include: 1770MPa, 1860MPa, 1960MPa.
Our 1x7 and 1x19 series of hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strands deliver tensile strengths up to 1860MPa. They match the performance specifications of plain and round PC steel strands, meeting standards such as GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Customized zinc coatings available per customer request, reaching up to 250 gsm. Our zinc layers maintain uniformity 3-4 times without exposing copper. They withstand winding 8 circles without breaking or peeling.
Leveraging advanced equipment, we tailor the galvanizing process to meet users' specific needs for zinc layer and surface quality.
Compared to non-coated and galvanized PC steel strands, the former shows red rust after 24 hours of salt spray testing.
