Raw Material Requirements:
Our premium raw materials comprise high-quality carbon steel wire rods of grades SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Key specifications cover dimensions, shape, weight, permitted deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting technique, delivery condition, mechanical properties, the decarbonization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
Cooling is perfected using Sterem technology, achieving an impressive 85% Sotenization rate. Our standard production coils consistently meet the stringent demands for creating prestressed concrete steel wire and strands.
