Raw Material Requirements:
Our prestressed concrete wire is made from high-quality carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These materials must meet stringent requirements, including precise size and shape, weight and allowable deviations, grade and chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special demands.
Cooling is meticulously controlled using Sterem technology, achieving an impressive sotenization rate of over 85%. Generally, coils produced under standard processes meet the stringent production requirements of prestressed concrete steel wire and strands.
