The 1x7 structure "12.7mm, 15.20mm, 15.70mm, 17.80mm" unbonded prestressed steel strand is an advanced prestressed steel bar featuring anti-corrosion grease and a durable sheath. These products are pivotal in water conservancy and hydro-power projects. Recently, with the surge in wind power projects and the construction heights of wind power towers reaching or exceeding 120m, the use of unbonded prestressed steel strands in concrete towers with external prestressing technology has soared. These products boast superior corrosion and fatigue resistance, thereby enhancing wind resistance and extending the lifespan of the structures.
Adhering to the JG/T 161-2016 Unbonded Prestressed Steel Strand standard, we have innovatively redesigned our products to streamline the testing methods for sheath tensile properties, thereby enhancing their practicality and ease of use. This improvement also aims to facilitate the examination of sheath performance. Our advancements effectively regulate the sheath's quality, ensuring heightened safety standards for project execution.
Product Characteristics
The unbonded steel strand, used in the outer cable of wind power concrete towers, can be customized with sheath and grease thicknesses as per user specifications. The sheath's surface is dense and smooth, visibly outlining the steel strand. Our surface quality meets stringent requirements, including no air holes, mechanical damage, cracks, or prominent wrinkles.
