Raw Material Requirements:
Our core materials for prestressed concrete include top-grade carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Critical requirements for these wire rods encompass dimensions, shape, weight, permissible deviation, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery condition, mechanical properties, decarburization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any specialized criteria.
With the use of Sterem technology, cooling is meticulously controlled to achieve an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. The coils produced through our standard process consistently meet all production requirements for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, ensuring superior quality and reliability.
