Raw Material Requirements:
Our prestressed concrete wire rods are fabricated from high-quality carbon steel, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Essential specifications include size, shape, weight, allowable deviation, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any specialized requirements.
Cooling is meticulously controlled using Sterem technology, achieving an impressive sotenization rate exceeding 85%. This advanced process ensures that the resulting coils meet stringent production standards for prestressed concrete steel wire and strands.
