Raw Material Requirements:
Our raw materials are of superior quality, featuring high-grade carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Key specifications encompass size, shape, weight, permissible deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting technique, delivery condition, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
Cooling is optimized using Sterem technology, achieving a remarkable over 85% Sotenization rate. Our production coils consistently satisfy the rigorous standards necessary for manufacturing prestressed concrete steel wire and strand.
