The 1x7 structure "12.7mm, 15.20mm, 15.70mm, 17.80mm" unbonded prestressed steel strand is a specialized prestressed steel bar treated with anti-corrosion grease and a protective sheath. These products are extensively utilized in water conservancy and hydro-power projects. With the increasing prevalence of wind power projects, where the construction height of wind power towers often reaches or exceeds 120m, concrete towers with external prestressing technology increasingly employ unbonded prestressed steel strands. These products boast strong corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance, enhancing wind resistance and prolonging service life.
Adhering to the JG/T 161-2016 Unbonded Prestressed Steel Strand standard, we have innovated the design to streamline the test method for sheath tensile properties, thereby enhancing practicability and facilitating the performance of the sheath. This innovation effectively standardizes sheath quality and significantly improves project safety and quality assurance.
Product Characteristics
The outer cable of the wind power concrete tower employs unbonded steel strands. The sheath's thickness and the quantity of grease can be tailored to meet the specific technical requirements of users. The sheath surface is dense, smooth, and allows visibility of the steel strand's outline. The surface quality adheres to stringent standards, ensuring no air holes, mechanical damage, cracks, or noticeable wrinkles.
