PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The performance of our mono-filament sprayed epoxy steel strand meets the stringent requirements of GB/T25823-2010. Mono-filament Coated Epoxy Coated Prestressed Steel Strand.
The filled epoxy steel strand’s performance aligns perfectly with the standards of GB/T21073-2007 'Epoxy Coated Seven Wire Prestressed Steel Strand' and JT/T. 737-2009 'Filled Epoxy Coated Steel Strand'.
Anti-corrosion grease performance: Compliance with JG. 3007, manufactured from high-grade lipid acid-proof carp soap, thickened with deeply refined mineral oil and enhanced with antioxidants, anti-rust agents, and other additives that boost adhesion, water resistance, rust resistance, and overall anti-corrosion properties.
Currently, there are two renowned international standards for epoxy-coated steel strands: ASTM. A 882/A 882M-02a and ISO 14655:1999 (E). For epoxy-coated steel strands, these standards specify two types of products: epoxy-coated filled strands and epoxy-coated steel strands. The 2002 ASTM standard distinguishes between epoxy-coated filled steel strands and epoxy-coated steel strands and does not recommend them; ISO 14655:1999 (E), based on ASTM. A 882/A882M-96, retains regulations for both epoxy-coated strand products.
Epoxy-coated steel strands, known for their exceptional corrosion resistance, adhere to strict coating thickness and pinhole standards in both regulations. ASTM A 882/A 882M-02a mandates a coating thickness of 0.38-1.14mm for epoxy-coated filled strands. ISO 14655:1999 (E) stipulates coating thickness of 0.40-0.90mm for filled strands and 0.65-1.15mm for coated strands.
Both ASTM A882/A882M-02a and ISO 14655:1999 (E) ensure no pinholes in the full length of finished epoxy-coated steel strands. Our products meet the rigorous demands of these international standards.
