Raw Material Requirements:
Premium carbon steel wire rods, such as SWRH77B or SWRH82B, are crucial for prestressed concrete. Essential requirements encompass size, shape, weight, acceptable deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery condition, mechanical properties, decarburization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any specialized specifications.
The cooling process is expertly controlled using Sterem technology, achieving a remarkable over 85% sotenization rate, ensuring the produced coil meets even the most stringent requirements of prestressed concrete steel wire and steel strands.
