Raw Material Requirements:
Our premium prestressed concrete utilizes high-quality carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Key requirements for these wire rods include dimensions, shape, weight, permissible deviation, grade, chemical composition, smelting technique, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
Cooling is expertly managed by Sterem technology to achieve over an 85% Sotenization rate. Typically, coils produced under standard processes fulfill all production criteria for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand.
