Product Description
Product Introduction
Steel fiber reinforced concrete is a novel multiphase composite material formed by incorporating randomly distributed steel fibers into ordinary concrete. These randomly dispersed steel fibers effectively hinder the formation and propagation of internal micro-cracks in the concrete, significantly improving its tensile, flexural, impact, and fatigue resistance, thereby enhancing the ductility of the concrete. The addition of steel fibers can markedly mitigate the brittleness of concrete, as the fibers impede the further propagation of micro-cracks and improve its crack control performance.
Steel fibers are an ideal material for reinforcing concrete and mortar, as they can effectively reduce the brittleness of concrete. Compared to traditional reinforced concrete, steel fiber reinforced concrete requires less steel usage while still offering greater strength and durability than conventional reinforced concrete materials.
