Raw Material Requirements:
Our primary raw materials for prestressed concrete manufacture include top-grade carbon steel wire rods, particularly SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Essential criteria for these wire rods comprise size, shape, weight, permissible deviation, grade, chemical makeup, smelting technique, delivery condition, mechanical characteristics, decarburized layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
Through the employment of Sterem technology, the cooling process is precisely managed to attain an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. Typically, coils produced with our standard process meet all requisite standards for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, guaranteeing excellence and uniformity in every batch.
