These wire rods are meticulously selected for their size, shape, weight, allowable deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special requirements to ensure exceptional quality and performance.
Through the use of advanced Sterem technology, cooling is precisely managed to achieve an impressive Sotenization rate exceeding 85%. Our standard processing method guarantees that the produced coil consistently meets all necessary production requirements for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, ensuring superiority and uniformity.
