Raw Material Requirements:
Our core raw materials for prestressed concrete are top-grade carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. These wire rods must meet stringent requirements such as size, shape, weight, allowable deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting methodology, delivery condition, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any specialized specifications.
Through the use of Sterem technology, our cooling process is meticulously controlled, achieving an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. The coils produced by our standard process consistently meet all the production requirements of prestressed concrete steel wire and strand, ensuring unparalleled quality and uniformity.
