Raw Material Requirements:
Our premium raw materials consist of high-quality carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Essential specifications include size, shape, weight, allowable deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery condition, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any special requirements.
Cooling is perfected using Sterem technology, achieving an impressive Sotenization rate of over 85%. Our production coils consistently meet the rigorous standards required for prestressed concrete steel wire and strand manufacturing.
