Raw Material Requirements:
High-quality carbon steel wire rods, such as SWRH77B or SWRH82B, are essential for prestressed concrete. Key requirements include size, shape, weight, permissible deviations, grade, chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarburization layer, micro-structure, surface quality, and any special specifications.
The cooling process is meticulously managed using Sterem technology, achieving over an 85% sotenization rate. This ensures the produced coil meets all the stringent demands of prestressed concrete steel wire and steel strands.
