PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Our mono-filament sprayed epoxy steel strand surpasses the stringent benchmarks of GB/T25823-2010, ensuring unparalleled performance and reliability. Mono-filament Coated Epoxy Coated Prestressed Steel Strand.
Meeting the rigorous standards of GB/T21073-2007 'Epoxy Coated Seven Wire Prestressed Steel Strand' and JT/T, our filled epoxy steel strand guarantees top-tier performance. 737-2009 'Filled Epoxy Coated Steel Strand.'
Anti-corrosion grease performance: Compliant with JG 3007, crafted from high-grade lipid acid-proof carp soap thickened with refined mineral oil and enriched with antioxidants, anti-rust agents, and anti-corrosion additives. This composition enhances adhesion, water resistance, rust resistance, and overall anti-corrosion properties.
Currently, two international standards govern epoxy-coated steel strands: ASTM A 882/A 882M-02a and ISO 14655:1999 (E). These standards detail two product types: epoxy-coated filled strands and epoxy-coated steel strands. According to the 2002 ASTM standards, epoxy-coated filled steel strands are specified, while ISO 14655:1999 (E) aligns with ASTM A 882/A882M-96, maintaining regulations for both epoxy-coated strand varieties.
Epoxy-coated steel strands, known for their superior corrosion resistance, adhere to stringent standards for coating thickness and surface pinholes. ASTM A 882/A 882M-02a specifies a coating thickness range of 0.38-1.14mm for epoxy-coated filled strands. ISO 14655:1999 (E) mandates a thickness of 0.40-0.90mm for filled strands and 0.65-1.15mm for coated strands.
Both ASTM A882/A882M-02a and ISO 14655:1999 (E) require that finished epoxy-coated steel strands be pinhole-free throughout their length. Our products adhere to these strict international standards.
