The 2002 revision of the ASTM standard highlights the significance of epoxy-coated filled steel strands, discouraging the use of plain epoxy-coated steel strands. ISO 14655:1999 (E) aligns seamlessly with ASTM.A 882/A882M-96, which enforces stringent guidelines for epoxy-coated strand products, ensuring superior quality across both types.
Epoxy-coated steel strands are globally recognized for their extraordinary resistance to corrosion.
