PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Our Hot-Dipped Galvanized PC Strand with low relaxation is meticulously crafted from seven high-quality steel wires. These hot-dipped galvanized round steel wires boast exceptional corrosion resistance, significantly enhancing the longevity of components even in harsh environments such as coastal areas. This method is globally acclaimed for its effectiveness in preventing corrosion, both currently and internationally.
This premium standard is ideal for bridge cables, fixed tension components, building tension parts, and other prestressed structures. Note: It is not meant for direct use in concrete grouting constructions. Available in diameters 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, and 17.8mm, with strength classes of 1770MPa, 1860MPa, and 1960MPa.
Our product line includes the 1x7 and 1x19 hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strand series, achieving an impressive tensile strength of up to 1860MPa. These strands feature the same specifications as plain and round PC steel strands, conforming to performance levels according to GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035 standards.
PRODUCT FEATURES
We cater to custom zinc coating requests, achieving coatings of 250 gsm or above. The zinc coating's uniformity is maintained 3-4 times without copper exposure, and the adhesion remains intact without breaking or peeling after winding 8 circles post-coating.
Leveraging our state-of-the-art equipment, we customize the galvanizing process to meet users' special requirements regarding zinc layer quality and surface finish.
Compared to uncoated and galvanized PC steel strand, our product shows superior performance, with the uncoated version exhibiting red rust after a 24-hour salt spray test.
