Raw Material Requirements:
Our premium raw materials for prestressed concrete encompass high-quality carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B. Essential requirements for these wire rods include size, shape, weight, permissible deviation, grade, chemical makeup, smelting method, delivery state, mechanical properties, decarburization layer, microstructure, surface quality, and any special criteria.
Using advanced Sterem technology, our cooling process is meticulously managed to achieve an impressive over 85% Sotenization rate. The coils produced through our standard process meet all prestressed concrete steel wire and strand production requirements, ensuring excellence and uniformity.
