Raw Material Requirements
Our prestressed concrete steel wire is forged from top-notch carbon steel wire rods, specifically SWRH77B or SWRH82B, adhering to the highest standards. These wire rods must meet rigorous requirements such as size, shape, weight, and permissible deviation, as well as grade and chemical composition. Smelting methods, delivery conditions, mechanical properties, decarbonization layer integrity, microstructure, surface quality, and any special specifications are thoroughly assessed to ensure excellence.
Cooling is a critical part of our process, and through the use of cutting-edge Sterem technology, we achieve an outstanding Sotenization rate exceeding 85%. Our coils, created with standard processes, are designed to meet the demanding production requirements of prestressed concrete steel wire and steel strands, ensuring consistent performance and reliability.
