The Hot-Dipped Galvanized PC Strand is a marvel of engineering, crafted meticulously using seven robust, hot-dipped galvanized round steel wires. These strands boast exceptional corrosion resistance capabilities, greatly enhancing the longevity of components, especially in harsh, corrosive environments such as coastal regions. This superior form of corrosion prevention is acknowledged both currently and internationally as a benchmark standard.
Ideal for a myriad of applications, this standard is perfect for bridge cables, tension components, and supporting structures. It's designed for use in environments where concrete grouting isn't directly applied. Available in diameters: 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, 17.8mm, and strength classes: 1770MPa, 1860 MPa, 1960MPa.
Our 1x7, 1x19 hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strand series is designed to offer unmatched tensile strength, reaching up to 1860MPa. These products match the specifications of plain & round PC steel strands in terms of performance, adhering to standards such as GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035.

Customization is key with our products; zinc coating specifications can be tailored to customer requirements, achieving up to 250 gsm or more. The zinc coating's uniformity can maintain 3-4 times thickness without exposure, possessing impressive adhesion that withstands bending and winding without peeling.

In comparison tests, our product outshines others: unlike uncoated strands which showed red rust after just 24 hours of salt spray testing.
