Our Hot-Dipped Galvanized PC Strand, crafted for low relaxation prestressed steel applications, showcases exceptional quality and reliability. Composed of seven meticulously galvanized steel wires, this product is engineered to deliver unparalleled performance. Each strand is hot-dipped galvanized, ensuring superior corrosion resistance. This feature significantly extends the lifespan of components, especially in harsh, corrosive environments such as coastal regions. Recognized globally as a leading solution for corrosion prevention, our product meets the highest standards of efficacy and durability.
Designed for bridge cables, fixed tension components, and other prestressed structures, our galvanized PC Strand is not intended for direct use in concrete grouting. Available in diameters: 12.7mm, 15.00mm, 15.7mm, 17.8mm, and strength classes: 1770MPa, 1860MPa, 1960MPa.
Our 1x7 and 1x19 hot-dipped galvanized prestressed steel strand series boast tensile strengths reaching up to 1860MPa. These products offer the same specifications and performance levels as plain & round PC steel strands, complying with standards such as GB/T 33363, ASTM A416, EN10138, BS5896, and NFA35-035.
